Water/Sewer Connection Fees Select your area from the list below to view the fees and available payment options. Non-Subdivision, Conventional Gravity Sewer (only along 22nd Ave.) Non-Subdivision, Small Diameter Sewer
For commercial/industrial properties, an individual quote is prepared as part of the development agreement with the Township. Larger water meter sizes are available: 1 1/2" - $670 & 2" - $840.

Water/Sewer Connection Applications Please see the Water Application Instructions & Example AND/OR Sewer Application Instructions & Example for information on completing the forms. Upon completion of water/sewer applications, please bring applications and payment to the Township offices. Plan on picking up your water meter (if needed as part of water application) when payment is made . You may also mail your applications and payment to the Township OR drop them in the drop-box on our front porch (water meter may be picked up later). Current Water/Sewer Rates Water: $1.85 per 1,000 gallons and $6 per month Ready-To-Serve fee Sewer: $80 per quarter flat-rate All accounts are assessed a $5 billing fee on each bill that is generated.
