| If you missed the May 1deadline for filing the Principle Residence Exemption form, and you owned and occupied your home prior to May 1st of this year, please call the Assessor's office, as a correction can be made. The Principle Residence Exemption form exempts the homeowner from the 18 Mills school operating taxes. Note that this is an exemption from part of the taxes and does not affect your assessment. The Assessor's office can tell you if you have already filed this form. |
